You have the choice of 2 offices, Oficina Benicarlo and Oficina Sabina. Both are located in the beautiful seaside town of Moraira, Costa Blanca. Both offices have very fast fiberglass internet. And in both offices, there are lots of places where you can work. Together or on your own.
Oficina Benicarlo
Oficina Benicarlo consists of two villas on one plot (1800m2). The big villa has 5 bedrooms with 10 beds and 4 bathrooms. The smaller villa has 3 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2 bathrooms.
On the first floor of the big villa you will find a spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ. An ideal place with fantastic views.
Around the pool you will find sun loungers and sunbeds to relax. In addition there is a sauna and a large whirlpool.
Rental Rates
For Oficina Benicarlo you have 2 options:
- Rent the main villa (400m2), 5 bedrooms, 10 beds; €4.950,- per week
- Rent both villas (600m2), 8 bedrooms, 16 beds. €5.950,- per week
Prices include VAT, 4 hours of daily housekeeping, linen, energy costs, final cleaning and local service.
Oficina Sabina
Oficina Sabina is situated on a big plot of 2000m2. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The total capacity is 12 persons.
Next to the heated pool, there is a big lounge area and a big outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. The villa has a big full-grown Mediterranean garden. Oficina Sabina is handicapped accessible.
Rental Rates
€4.950,- per week
Prices include VAT, 4 hours of daily housekeeping, linen, energy costs, final cleaning and local service.
Local support and service
When you arrive at your Spanish office you will be welcomed by our local staff. This local staff is at your disposal during your stay. They can be helpful with organizing leisure activities and fulfilling all of your wishes.

Good plane connections
There are 2 airports close to Moraira, Valencia, and Alicante. Flight time from Amsterdam is a little bit over 2 hours. Both airports are a one-hour drive from Moraira. From The Netherlands, there is a choice of many flights every day. On request, we can also organize airport shuttles.
